Change 19 - Take Vitamins

I have decided to take vitamins.

In the past, I’ve been very hit-or-miss with my vitamin intake.  I’d buy a bottle of vitamins, take them for a day or two, then forget, then remember, then forget, then remember.  No more!  Now, I’m taking a multi-vitamin for men, three times a day, and I’m also taking some probiotics.  I feel much better, now that I’m off soda, off candy, working out more, and taking my vitamins.  It’s amazing how quickly the body responds to positive input - and the removal of negative input.

Sorry for the delay in posts.  I had some trouble on my end with the site.  All should be fixed now, so expect regular updates.  Thanks for hanging in there.

  2. Nice to see a new one. Taking vitamins is hard to keep on top of because you can not really see direct results. It is not quantifiable. I feel that when I am regularly taking them I get sick less and feel slightly better but how much is attributed to placebo affect?

    I have done everying from packets of vitamins about 10 a day, but have decided that just a basic multi-vitamin and healthy diet are the best options. I just don’t know that I would try to schedule taking them 3 times a day, I take them all in the morning and it is part of getting ready that I don’t miss it. 3 times a day would mean I need to keep a bottle at work to take, and then if you leave that makes new problems.
