Week 1 Updates - Changes 1, 2, and 3
->
On June 1, 2008, I decided to give up sodas. Since that time, I have consumed 0 sodas. After a few days of dealing with headaches, I feel great and I’m really glad that I made this decision.
For Change 1, I give myself an A.
On June 3, 2008, I decided to walk 45 minutes a day. Since that time, I have walked 4 out of 7 days. But, on the days that I did not walk, I did manage to do some comparable exercise.
For Change 2, I give myself a C+.
On June 6, 2008, I decided to clear the clutter from my section of the kitchen counter. Right now, the counter looks much better than it did and the two pieces of paperwork on it are there with my wife’s wholehearted endorsement. I’ve removed all of the extraneous junk and now the counter is functional space.
For Chane 3, I give myself an A.
So far, I feel great about the changes I’m making - and the response to the 99 Changes Project. To keep up with me and my progress, subscribe to the 99 Changes. You can subscribe to 99 Changes 99 Changes by Email or via the RSS Feed. Also, I’m really digging all of the positive comments and suggestions. Keep them coming!

What an amazing person you are. Your time management skills must be awesome. I’ve just spent quite a bit of time with you, starting at the No Credit Needed site, which I was linked to from a site about credit card usage. I’ve been saving on interest for two years by moving my debt around through 0 percent promotions (carefully and successfully). Time’s catching up with that, though. Now I’m inspired to use the chart you offer and use the snowball payoff method. I’ll be following your “99 changes” material, and maybe I’ll get some tips on time management, since you must be a master at it! I’m grateful for your generous sharing. This will be my very first RSS subscription! Many thanks. Joy.
